I sent my order back weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. The return tracking says it was delivered, but every time I contact customer service, I just get the same generic copy-and-paste reply with no real update. It feels like I’m being left in the dark while nothing moves forward. For products this expensive, the whole return process has been really frustrating. I don’t see myself ordering from Kérastase again

Just a heads up for anyone ordering from Kerastase USA: don’t count on customer service if something goes wrong. I emailed them twice about my order and never got an actual helpful response. It was basically just waiting around with no updates. Super frustrating, and it feels like there’s no real support at all.

I placed my order expecting it to arrive by now, but it still hasn’t shown up. I’ve been checking for updates and waiting, and it’s getting frustrating. I was excited to receive it, so this delay has been really disappointing.

I really didn’t like the texture of this. It felt sticky and kind of weird, not smooth at all, and it was just too thick for me. Also, it seemed like it had been handled carelessly because the packaging was a bit messy when it arrived, which didn’t help my first impression

I used this for a few weeks hoping it would help my damaged hair, but it still feels just as fried. On top of that, the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Not really worth it for me.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about trying this for frizz control: I used it for about two weeks and saw no real difference. My hair would still puff up by lunchtime like I hadn’t used anything. For the price, I expected a lot more. Wouldn’t recommend if frizz is your main issue.

The shampoo made my roots feel kinda weighed down by the next day, and the conditioner felt a little too rich. My waves ended up looking more flat and greasy than soft or bouncy, which was def not what I was hoping for.

Shipping was fine and the website was easy enough to use, so no issues there. But for the price, I was disappointed. Maybe it works better for thicker or drier hair, just not mine tbh
